Chalet-nursery’s Plant Warranty Policy

Plants that are still in good condition may be returned to Chalet-nursery within 14 days of purchasing for a full refund. 

If you purchase a tree or shrub at Chalet-nursery, plant it yourself, and the plant dies within a year of planting, then you are eligible to receive 50% of the price of the plant in the form of plant replacement*.

If you purchase a tree or shrub at Chalet-nursery, Chalet-nursery plants it for you, and the plant dies within a year of planting, you are eligible to receive 100% of the price of the plant in the form of plant replacement, as well as Chalet-nursery's planting service free of charge*.

* Excludes annuals, tropical plants, roses, perennials, plants that are placed in a container/planter, not planted in the ground and any replacement plants. Warranty pertains to a one time replacement and require a proof of purchase (a receipt issued by Chalet-nursery).
